Black Frost Ashlar brings dark, rich quarzitic sandstone veneer shadow tones to our Ashlar Line. Ashlar describes the finest masonry units of dressed and cut stones that are worked until squared. Capable of thin joints between stones, the linear appearance of an ashlar pattern stone installation results in the most traditional natural stone masonry application. Pieces range in heights from 1/2″ to 6″, with lengths from 6″ up to 24″ for both full and thin veneer stone. Its natural stone color range consists of blacks, charcoals, grays, blues, whites with occasional greens, buffs, and browns.
